Delivery & Pickup

Cleveland Moving Bins Co. will contact you prior to your scheduled delivery to coordinate a delivery time. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and ensuring a safe and reasonably accessible location for delivery and pickup.
On your scheduled pickup date, all bins must be emptied, reasonably clean, and accessible for pickup. If bins are not ready or accessible when pickup is attempted, additional rental or pickup charges may apply.

Need more time? Extension requests must be made before your scheduled pickup date and are subject to availability.
20-bin rentals may be extended for $30 per additional week. 40-bin rentals may be extended for $45 per additional week.
Extensions are not guaranteed and are not confirmed until approved by Cleveland Moving Bins Co. and the applicable extension fee has been paid.

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before scheduled delivery are non-refundable; however, the rental may be rescheduled one time, subject to availability.
Once bins have been delivered, rental charges are non-refundable.
Customers may reschedule a delivery with at least 24 hours' notice at no additional charge, subject to availability.

Normal wear from ordinary moving use is expected and will not result in additional charges. Customers are responsible for protecting rental equipment from loss, theft, misuse, and damage while it is in their possession.
Bins may not be painted, permanently marked, cut, drilled, altered, or used in a way that is likely to cause damage.
Bins returned with excessive dirt, paint, oil, chemicals, adhesives, or other substances requiring extraordinary cleaning may be subject to a reasonable cleaning charge.

Bins that are lost, stolen, missing, or damaged beyond reasonable repair will be charged at $10 per bin.
Rental dollies that are lost, stolen, missing, or damaged beyond reasonable repair will be charged at $25 per dolly.
Normal wear and tear will not result in a replacement charge.

Each bin has a maximum contents weight of 75 pounds.
Bins are intended for normal household and office moving and storage. Bins may not be used to store or transport hazardous, flammable, explosive, illegal, biohazardous, or otherwise dangerous materials.
Customers are responsible for ensuring bins are packed and handled safely and do not exceed the stated weight limit.

Customers are responsible for packing, loading, transporting, unloading, and handling their belongings.
Cleveland Moving Bins Co. is not responsible for loss of or damage to personal property placed inside or transported using our rental equipment, except to the extent caused by Cleveland Moving Bins Co.'s negligence or as otherwise required by law.

Rental charges are due at checkout. Additional charges resulting from approved rental extensions, missing equipment, damaged equipment, extraordinary cleaning, or additional delivery/pickup services will be communicated to the customer.
